In the garden, a shed provides space for gardening tools and machinery. Back-up water tanks ensure a constant supply of water and a solar system on the roof provides hot water for household use and comfortable bathing.
Although bounding with the road to Desruisseaux and surrounded by rural homes, this is a very privately set property as none of the neighbours can see the main house, or even easily see inside the gardens. The home is approximately one mile inland from the main Vieux Fort-Castries highway, and just 10 minutes’ drive from the town of Vieux Fort, the international airport and all the main facilities and resources of the south.
