    A senior management position responsible for the administration of the Castries CarPark facility. This position will report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Management Committee, and will, among other duties:
    * plan for and administer the CarPark Facility and operations;
    * advise management on the establishment of a paid on-street parking program in the City of Castries;
    * promote the car park and on-street parking projects;
    * liaise with stakeholders (Government, Police, Road Transport Board, Chamber of Commerce, and the general public);
    * prepare operating budgets under direction of the financial controller; and
    * supervise, evaluate, and report on individual staff performances.
    Qualifications
    BSc. (a Masters degree would be an asset) in:
    * Urban Development Planning with special emphasis in transport planning - policy and administration; or
    * transport planning, policy, and administration; or
    * transport planning and traffic management; or
    * management with special technical training in transport planning, policy, and administration, or
    * project management with special transport planning, policy, and administration; or
    * economics, or
    * business administration; plus
    * five years working experience, the last two being in a supervisory position in one of the disciplines outlined above;
    * ability to develop and maintain operational controls;
    * ability to lead in a transparent, open, team oriented and decentralized decision making corporate environment;

    3) The Traffic Supervisor
    This is a supervisory-level management position responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Castries CarPark Facility and the paid on-street parking program when the latter is implemented. This position will report to the Traffic Administrator and will, among other duties:
    * administer the CarPark Facility and on-street parking program which includes a vehicle pounding area;
    * schedule staff activities;
    * supervise, evaluate, and report on individual staff performances;
    * ensure adherence to company policies and procedures;
    * protect the assets of the company;
    * assist with the preparation of operating budgets; and
    * prepare the various reports in activities.
    Qualification:
    BSc. in
    * economics or business administration, or five years working experience, the last two being in a supervisory position in business administration, plus
    * ability to develop and maintain operational controls;

Legal Officer at OECS Secretariat

    The Secretariat of the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States is inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced persons, to fill the post of Legal Officer in the Legal Unit, Office of the Director General.
    Duties:
    The Legal Officer shall be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance to the Director General, reporting to the Legal Adviser. More specifically, the Officer shall be expected to:
    * Prepare model legislation and support law reform and law revision initiatives in the member states;
    * Prepare and review draft treaties and international agreements;
    * Assist in the co-ordination and implementation of Judicial Reform activities;
    * Prepare legal briefs, contracts and other agreements and generally provide legal support for the institutions, units and departments of the Organisation;
    * Carry out research, coordinate meetings and undertake any other work assigned from time to time by the Legal Adviser.
    Qualifications/experience:
    * A first degree in Law, preferably from a university in the Commonwealth;
    * A post-graduate degree, diploma or certificate in legislative drafting with a minimum of three years legal experience (Some experience in legislative drafting is required);
    * A working knowledge in computing, particularly the use of computers in legislative drafting.
    Terms of appointment:
    * The Legal Officer shall be based at the Secretariat in St. Lucia but may be relocated in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Secretariat;
    * The appointment shall be to the permanent staff of the Organisation on the successful completion of a three month probationary period;
