Part-time Assistant Co-ordinator at SALCC

    Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the post of part-time Assistant Co-ordinator at the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College's Western Extension Centre in Soufriere.
    Qualifications: Minimum academic qualifications are a first degree from a recognised university and diploma/degree in Education or Adult Education will be an additional asset.
    Duties: The Assistant Co-ordinator in charge of the Western Extension Centre will be expected to manage the Centre on a part-time basis and shall be responsible to the Principal and directly accountable to the Co-ordinator of the Department of Continuing Education. He/she shall have the responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of all matters pertaining to the Western Extension Centre. In particular, he/she shall:
    * Be responsible for the organising, planning and monitoring of all regular Continuing Education courses and programmes, special programmes, workshops and outreach programmes at the Centre.
    * Prepare and recommend to the Co-ordinator items for the annual budget for the expenditure of funds at the Western Extension Centre.
