The manager will report to the CAMMA coordinating committee. He/she will work under the supervision of and in collaboration with the manager of the Soufriere Marine Management Area (SMMA). The responsibilities, qualification and remuneration will be as follows:
Responsibilities:
* To oversee and implement the development of the Canaries/Anse la Raye Marine Management Area under the guidance of the CAMMA coordinating committee.
* To supervise the activities of all staff assigned to the Canaries/Anse la Raye Marine Management Area.
* To coordinate and report on the budget and work program of the Canaries/Anse la Raye Area and any other issues of relevance to the area.
* To prepare reports on a monthly basis for consideration by the CAMMA coordinating committee.
* To be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of all infrastructure related to the Canaries/Anse la Raye Marine Management Area.
* To supervise authorized research conducted within the area and under the guidance of the Department of Fisheries.

Three Rangers
The rangers will report to the Manager of the Canaries/Anse la Raye Marine Management Area. The responsibilities, qualifications and remuneration will be as follows:

* To carry out a programme of surveillance and ensure proper use of the marine resources and infrastructure within the Canaries/Anse la Raye Marine Management Area.
* To be responsible for the collection of user fees.
* To assist in public education and sensitization programmes on the sustainable use of the natural resources.
* To provide assistance to locals and visitors in the marine and near-shore areas of the Canaries/Anse la Raye Marine Management Area.
* To collaborate with the Department of Fisheries and the Marine Police Unit in marine resource management and enforcement.
Qualifications:
* Basic training and familiarity with the use of abn out-board motor boat
* Two years experience working in a marine environment.
* An ability to work with resource users and community groups.
* Certificate in SCUBA diving or a willingness to undertake SCUBA training

Salary will be in the scale of $9,000 to $12,000 per annum .
