    Product Manager
    Key accountabilities include:
    * Liaising with Tour Operators, especially the non-English speaking ones to ensure their brochures are accurate;
    * Resolving Tour Operator contract enquiries;
    * Organising of Tour Operator familiarisation trips;
    * Monitoring of reports sent to the Tour Operator ensuring accuracy and the provision of the appropriate service standards;
    * Provision of on-the-job training for Tour Operator representatives on non-English speaking programmes;
    * Developing the language skills of St. Lucian linguists in the Company;
    * Provision of assistance to non-English speaking clients at times of emergencies.
    The Person:
    * The ability to speak and write fluently in four European languages;
    * At least 5 years experience in international tourism;
    * Working knowledge of the European Commission's Directives on Health, Safety and Consumer Protection as relates to Packaged Holidays;

Establishment of an MIS for Ministry

    The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, as part of its ongoing programme of institutional strengthening, invites applications for the design and establishment of a Management Information System for the Ministry.     Secretary General
    Reporting to the Executive Committee of the Association, the Secretary-General heads a staff of 14 and is primarily responsible for the overall promotion of the Association's activities.
